Services Included: Do’s

• Kitchen
  • Clean exterior of all appliances
  • (sink, counter tops, exterior of cabinets, stove top)
  • Empty trash
  • Faucet (if applicable)
  • Vacuum/mop (if applicable)
• Common Areas
  • Dusting surfaces
  • Arrange pillows
  • Mop and vacuum
  • All window sills
  • Basic organization (less than 10 minutes)
• Bathrooms
  • (Complete toilet clean, shower, handles, tub, drain)
  • Countertops
  • Sink
  • Empty trash (if applicable)
  • Mop floors
  • Clean mirror
• Bedroom
  • Shelving, nightstands, bed frames, tidy up bed)
  • Empty trash (if applicable)
  • Clean mirrors (if applicable)
  • Vacuum (if applicable)
  • Basic organization (less than 10 minutes)

Services Not Included:

• All Extras are not included (must be selected for an additional cost)
• The extra time included in deep cleans allows for more detailed work in the above mentioned Do’s.

Services Included:

• Everything included in a regular clean AND
• Baseboards
• Celling fans (up to 10ft high)
• Light switches & Door handles
• Detailed Dusting
• Back Splashes and Faucet Fixtures are cleaned
• Light organization of all rooms 
• Extra hour included for high detail areas

  all extras are not included (these must be selected if needed for an additional cost)

When booking a Move Out or Move In clean, you can expect an all inclusive service.
This is our most detailed package and We recommend 5 of the 9 extra services we offer which you can add to any level of service.

 Recommended Extras: Inside oven, inside fridge, inside cabinets, inside all windows, and laundry (if you need sheets washed and re fitted – ideal for short term rentals). 
This clean is intended to turn the home someone once lived in, into its original state and ready for new homeowners. (this service option is also great for Short term rentals!)
