A deep clean is recommended for all first time cleanings by SPIFFY. This allows us the extra time necessary to get all of the areas that have been missed during regular cleanings in the past, and set the Spiffy Standard. After the initial deep clean, most customers switch to a standard 2 hour clean.

    Please choose the service that you would like from the main page or the Booking page

    If you are looking for a Move-in/Move-out cleaning you MUST select the Move-in/Move-out cleaning package. This will ensure the added extras that are needed for that package are correctly added on (included in the price). If you do not, we are not liable for it to be a completed Move-in/Move-out cleaning and most likely will not confirm the booking.

    If your home is larger than 2 bed 2 baths you are REQUIRED to select a Spiffy deep clean. This is to ensure that our Spiffy Cleaners are given enough time to clean your entire home. 

  2. How to determine if your home is “Heavy Duty” If your home has not been professionally cleaned within the last 6 months, you should select the “Heavy Duty”. Extra.
  3. If your home has been professionally cleaned within the last 2 months, there is no add on necessary, this is included in a Spiffy Cleaning!

Please view your account page, look under “Subscription” to see your next scheduled cleaning. Please remember if that day doesn’t work for you, you can always change it to fit your needs!

Services Not Included:

  • All Extras are not included (must be selected for an additional cost)
  • The extra time included in deep cleans allows for more detailed work in the above mentioned Do’s.

  • Celling fans (up to 10ft high)
  • Light switches & Door handles
  • Detailed Dusting
  • Back Splashes and Faucet Fixtures are cleaned
  • Light organization of all rooms 
  • Extra hour included for high detail areas

    all extras are not included (these must be selected if needed for an additional cost)

When booking a Move-in/Move-out cleaning, you can expect an all inclusive service.
This is our most detailed package and We recommend 5 of the 12 extra services we offer which you can add to any level of clean.

Recommended Extras: Inside oven, inside fridge, inside cabinets, inside all windows, and laundry (this is optional – if you need sheets washed and re-fitted. This is ideal for short term rentals). 
This clean is intended to turn the home someone once lived in, into its original state and ready for new homeowners. (this service option is also great for short term rentals!) 

Note: please select the 4 extras to have them included in the price, plus the laundry if necessary. If there are pets then please select the pet extra as well!

If you cancel before 48 hours you will receive a full refund to the payment information on file.

If you cancel within 48 hours of your booking, your booking is credited to your account to use whenever you’d like. 

If you cancel within 24 hours, it is a non refundable full charge.

To maintain dependability we have set weekend hours by appointment only. Please reach out to us directly through our email or phone (614-401-3693), to set up a weekend cleaning (this will be based on our cleaners availability).

We do not charge for rescheduling as long as it is done before 48 hours of your original booking. This is to ensure we can give our Spiffy cleaners a heads up. Please see our Cancellation & Refund FAQ for further information.

You’ll want to head to your Your account Page, and under settings select billing. In that section it’ll allow you to update billing, address of clean, and your current subscription.

No, Unless it’s within the 48 hour cancelation window. Within this two day window, if you decide to cancel, the clean will be credited to your account at no penalty for future use!

We do not. Our focus is on the interior of your home and to provide you with a luxury clean.

You do not! However, if it’s your first time signing up for a Spiffy cleaning, initial introductions always help develop the personable relationship with your Spiffy Cleaners.

Yes! It is actually preferred after the initial visit. This way we’re not holding you up if there’s traffic or if parking is a little harder than usual to find.

Yes it is! However there is no suggested percentage, whatever feels good to you. Any amount is appreciated by your Spiffy cleaners!

This seldom happens but we understand that accidents do happen. Please contact our office immediately to work with our insurance to get the object of value replaced.

Our cleaners will always find more to do/clean in your home with the time you’ve paid for. If a cleaner does happen to leave early please contact our office immediately.

If you are not happy with the service for any reason please call us immediately for further instructions. A Re-scheduled clean must be made within 2 business days of the original appointment.

No, once you finalize your booking, your day and time are reserved. We will pre-authorize your card on file to prevent any fraudulent billings. You will only be charged once the Cleaning has been completed.

No, our rates are calculated by the information you provide on our booking page. We do this to ensure a streamlined process for us and complete transparency for you. We do not offer by the hour, our cleans are priced by the job. We provide some of the lowest rates in the industry.

When you book online be sure to select the current level of cleanliness of your home. (see below for how to answer this question). This ensures we are able to provide the proper amount of time is to cleaning your home during your scheduled booking. Improper booking information will require you to reschedule at full rate. For homes greater than 4000 sqft please reach out so we may better assist. (larger homes over this size may require more than 1 cleaning specialist.)

To get the most out of your scheduled cleaning evaluate the current condition of your home with honesty. This will determine if your home is cleaned in one passthrough and will help us avoids any need for rescheduling a second cleaning at cost as well as maintaining a courtesy to our cleaners
